Painted to celebrate the 100th birthday of the iconic & awesome Urangan Pier. All but ~200m of the original ~1100m was saved from demolition due to the outcry of locals in the mid 1980s. A favourite of locals & visitors alike, we especially like to see the twinkle in the eye when people reminisce about ‘falling asleep on those train tracks fishing as a kid’ or remembering ‘when the pier looked like that’.
