Art by Rebecca Jane ships all orders via Australia Post.

Any arrival estimates provided by us are not guaranteed and are based upon estimates from Australia Post.

Damaged or lost packages must follow the Australia post claims process.

Fragile items (ceramic mugs) are not covered by Australia Post, we charge additional postage for these products in order to pack them appropriately, but cannot offer any guarantees for their safe arrival. If you aren't willing to take the risk, we would suggest selecting a different product.
